LeatherFace Enters Dead by Daylight™ Mobile
The asymmetrical horror has now reached over 3 million downloads
Montreal, Canada — May 15, 2020 — Behaviour™ Interactive, has announced that Dead by Daylight™ iOS and Android has reached more than 3 million downloads worldwide, just one month after launch. Behaviour has also announced that The Cannibal (LeatherFace) is now a playable character for mobile players. The killer comes equipped with three incredible perks: Knock Out, Barbecue & Chilli, and Franklin’s Demise. In addition to perks, his loadout includes a powerful sledgehammer and Bubba’s chainsaw.
As part of a new update for Dead by Daylight Mobile, the progression system of characters will now be tied to individual character XP versus the Bloodweb. Individual character XP can be earned by playing the character and receiving emblems for each played game. The update also introduces a new “Treacherous Waters Collection” outfit that players will be able to unlock with in-game currency. Lastly, the game will receive bug fixes and quality-of-life improvements.
Dead by Daylight is a 4v1 multiplayer horror game in which one crazed killer hunts four friends through a terrifying nightmare. In a deadly game of cat and mouse, players can take on the role of iconic killers such as Michael Myers, Freddy Krueger, or a Demogorgon from Netflix’s Stranger Things. Dead by Daylight Mobile is fully optimized and offers the same gameplay and modes that fans enjoy, with new controls and experience carefully crafted for smartphones and tablets.
